Caledonia Charter Township Assessment Department is available by appointment only during the evening hours and Saturdays. The Assessment Department handles all assessment-related issues, land divisions, and combinations. Feel free to contact our office by leaving a voice mail or email. Both accounts are listed below and will be checked on a regular basis.
Since the Township does not have a full time staff for any department; for your convenience the Township has provided the public with FREE access to all assessing and tax information online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The assessing information will give you the building break down, sketches and land values. You will be able to search by address, owner's name, or parcel number. There is also a link to do a comparables search. If any further information is required please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
